How Can I get free access to a course?

We try very hard to find organisations that are willing to sponsor our courses. Where possible, sponsorship fees are used to reduce the cost of the course and even in some cases provide free access to the sponsored course. However this is not always possible as sponsor's contributions is not limitless.

What are the current promotions and available funding?

• Coventry City Council sponsors free access to the "Core Principles of Business Continuity Management" for all private sector businesses and voluntary organisations based in Coventry.
• Business Link Provides funding through Director development programmes (for full detail please contact the business Link in your area)

How Do I qualify for Coventry City Council Funding?

• You need to be a registered business or charity,
• You need to have a business address in Coventry and be a business rate payer.

What do I need?

You need a promotion code that entitles your business to free access to "The Core Principles of Business Continuity" for up to 3 people.

How do I get my Promotion Code?

Before you start the registration process you need your business premises "Property Code". The last 10 digits of your property code (known as Rate Reference number) can be used as your promotion code. You can find this recorded on your Non-Domestic Rate bill issued each year by Coventry City Council business rate department.

If you cannot find you rate bill contact Coventry City Council Business Rate department on 024 7683 3333 and ask for your business premises Property Code.

So remember: The last 10 digits of the Property Code is your "Promotion Code".

How do I get my free access?

Once you got your promotion code then

1. Go to registration, fill in the form and submit.
2. When you are registered, login and add "The Core Principles of Business Continuity" to your shopping basket and proceed to the "Checkout" .
3. On the checkout screen enter the last 10 digits of your Property Code as the Promotion Code - click on the update and the cost will be adjusted to zero
4. Then click on proceed

What is a promotional code!?

What is a virtual class?

What is a virtual class? The concept of a classroom is where students and teacher meet to undertake the course. When you purchase more than one license to a course we create a virtual class to group the participants. The benefits of the virtual class: * You get a free access to the course with every virtual class * Through the virtual class you can invite others to take up the licenses you purchased * You get a progress report in “MS Excel format” for all students registered in your virtual class
